一个幽灵，八卦的幽灵，在China Blogger徘徊。为了对这个幽灵进行神圣的围剿，旧秩序的一切势力，WYHW、×××和××、这里的激进派和那里的雷子，都联合起来了。
有哪一个反对党不被它的当政的敌人骂为八卦帮呢？又有哪一个反对党不拿八卦主义这个罪名去回敬更进步的反对党人和自己的反动敌人呢？
从这一事实中可以得出两个结论：
八卦主义已经被China Blogger的一切势力公认为一种势力；
现在是八卦帮向全世界公开说明自己的观点、自己的目的、自己的意图并且拿帮自己的宣言来反驳关于八卦主义幽灵的神话的时候了。
为了这个目的，到处八卦帮人集会于这里，拟定了如下的宣言，用上海话、山西话、闽南话、四川话、普通话和法文公布于世。

A spectre is haunting 8gua.org — the spectre of 8gua. All the Powers of old 8gua.org have entered into a holy alliance to exorcise this spectre: wyhw and XXX, XX and X, these Radicals and those police-spies.
Where is the party in opposition that has not been decried as 8gua by its opponents in power? Where the Opposition that has not hurled back the branding reproach of 8guasm, against the more advanced opposition parties, as well as against its reactionary adversaries?
Two things result from this fact.
I. 8guasm is already acknowledged by all 8gua.org’s Powers to be itself a Power.
II. It is high time that 8guas should openly, in the face of the whole world, publish their views, their aims, their tendencies, and meet this nursery tale of the Spectre of 8guasm with a Manifesto of the gang itself.
To this end, 8guas of various nationalities have assembled in here, and sketched the following Manifesto, to be published in the Chinese, English, French, Shanghai, Shanxi, Southern Fujian Dialect, Sichuan and Dongbei languages.
